By accessing this website or enrolling in any course or mentorship, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Royal Trading Academy provides education and training only. Nothing on this website or in our programs constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice, nor a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

Trading forex and other leveraged products carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for everyone. You can lose some or all of your invested capital. You should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose, and you should seek independent advice if you have any doubts.

We make no guarantee of any specific outcome, profit, or income from our education. Any examples, testimonials, or past performance are for illustration only and are not indicative of future results.

5.1 Advance (Booking) Payment. A seat in any program is reserved only upon receipt of the advance booking amount stated at the time of registration. The advance payment is adjusted against the total course fee.

5.2 Full Payment. The balance of the course fee must be paid in full on or before the date communicated to you at the time of booking. Access to the program may be withheld until the full fee has been received.

5.3 No Refunds. All payments made to Royal Trading Academy, whether an advance booking payment, a part payment, or the full course fee, are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Once a payment has been made, no refund will be issued, in whole or in part, under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• change of mind or change in personal plans;
• personal, medical, family, academic, or work commitments;
• inability to attend, or missing some or all sessions;
• failure to pay the remaining balance of the course fee;
• dissatisfaction with trading results, as outcomes depend on individual effort and market conditions (see Sections 3 and 4);
• discontinuation of access due to a breach of these terms.

5.4 Missed Sessions. Sessions missed by the student will not be refunded or credited. Any make-up support or recordings, where available, are offered solely at the Academy's discretion.

5.5 Changes by the Academy. If the Academy reschedules or cancels a batch, you will be offered a place in the next available batch of the same program. Payments already made will be carried forward to that batch and will not be refunded.

5.6 Personal Access. Enrollment and access to a program are personal to you and may not be shared, transferred to another person, or resold.

5.7 Acknowledgement. By making any payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this No-Refund Policy and these Terms in full.

All content, materials, videos, and resources provided by Royal Trading Academy are our intellectual property and are protected by law. You may not copy, redistribute, or publish them without our written permission.

You agree not to misuse the website or our materials, including attempting to disrupt the site, infringe our rights, or use the content for any unlawful purpose.

Our website may reference or link to third-party services (such as WhatsApp or streaming providers). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Royal Trading Academy shall not be liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or programs.

You agree to indemnify and hold Royal Trading Academy harmless from any claims or losses arising out of your use of our services or your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kozhikode, Kerala.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
